Nice accommodations. Overlooks an unattractive muddy pond. Can hear highway traffic.

Good location, quiet rooms and partial view of ocean which is within walking distance. While the interior and room appeared to be recently updated, the carpet was not recently cleaned in some places.
The bathroom sink faucet was difficult to turn on and cold/hot lines were mixed in wrong location. We also experienced on rather odd issue with smoke alarm going off unexpectedly in the unit building when using the shower. Both issues were reported office and was left impression these would be addressed.
In summary a decent location place to stay which is close to ocean and reasonably priced.

The views of the estuary were spectacular. Location was close to all the shops and restaurants.
