Every body was very helpful when dealing with are requirements

Beautiful grounds, wonderful views, our suite was amazing, lobby stunning.
Bar food was not good, although, buffet breakfast was plentiful and good choice.
Our stay was unfortunately same time as a large contingency of all male golfers and the noise in the bar was unbearable both during our evening and breakfast. We would not have stayed this particular night had we known.

We booked this hotel as near to family
We had afternoon tea which was lovely our waiter who unfortunately we didn’t get his name (Saturday 5sept) was very attentive and polite .
We didn’t have meal in evening as too full from tea but had drinks in bar area which was nice and relaxing .
We were very lucky to have been upgraded from classic double to Suite which was such a lovely room and a great balcony to sit out in evening,
Was best nights sleep I had in a long time such a comfortable bed.
Breakfast was great plenty to choose from all cooked food was hot and empty dishes were replenished quickly.
We will definitely come back when visiting family again
