This is a basic room but the bed was very comfortable. Room had everything we needed and was in a great location. The contactless check in worked great for us because we had just arrived in Spain. I credit Numa for finding that my passport had expired! I did not realize and even the airline did not find this problem when I uploaded passport info to them! Thanks to Numa I was able to get an emergency new passport and was ready to fly on schedule.

Location couldn’t be better. In the heart of Madrid, only 7 minutes from Puerta del Sol and all the shops.

Incredible location with spectacular views. Very comfortable bed and clean room with small but well appointed washroom. Walkable to many sites restaurants and transit options. Shared kitchenette was lovely. Would definitely stay again.
