Oh my goodness, this place was incredible. The staff were some of the kindest and most attentive people I’ve ever met. I honestly wish I could have spent my entire two-week trip here because I enjoyed every moment of my stay.
From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The luggage I had transferred from my previous hotel was already waiting in my room, which made check-in completely stress-free. Before taking me to my room, the staff gave me a tour of the property, explained all of the amenities and operating hours, and made sure I knew everything I needed to enjoy my stay. They were so welcoming and genuinely wished me the best stay, which made me feel right at home.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The jetted tubs were amazing after long days of exploring, and the breakfast was delicious, beautifully presented, and very aesthetic. Every detail of the hotel felt thoughtful and luxurious.
But what truly made this place special was the staff. Their hospitality was beyond anything I expected, and words honestly can’t describe how wonderful they were. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my stay.
I enjoyed this hotel more than I can put into words, and I genuinely miss it already. If I ever return to Japan, staying here again will be at the very top of my list. ❤️🇯🇵✨

An exceptional stay from beginning to end. This was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.
What truly made our stay so special was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly professional, warm, friendly and attentive. They were always approachable, easy to talk to and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. The level of hospitality and care was outstanding.
It is rare to come across a hotel where the entire team leaves such a lasting impression. We felt incredibly well looked after throughout our stay.
We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and would return without hesitation. A truly memorable experience and one we will always remember.
