Everything! Amazingly clean. Great location. Comfortable. Staff always on hand to help and breakfast was lovely too.
Nothing.

Convenient location for sight seeing. Great breakfast that was fast with friendly staff. Hotel staff were very helpful. Large rooms and comfortable seating to relax in the evening.
There was an odor in the bathroom that we could not remove.

Modern but still remained authentic to Kyoto. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location was great. Having a washing machine was 10/10
Would have liked better instructions to use the washer / dryer but that’s minor

Great location, near station. We didn't partake in the hotel breakfast; there were many cafes and bakeries nearby. Room was quiet and clean.
Washer/dryer didn't have detailed instructions available in English, even online. The initial pre-programmed wash cycle was set at 4 minutes, not nearly long enough to clean our clothes. Figured out the settings out but lost time.
