The staff was super, super nice! They surprised us with a beautiful flower arrangement in our room to congratulate us on our 25th wedding anniversary. Such a thoughtful and memorable touch!
The room was the largest we have stayed in during our 30 days in Japan. It had a separate, spacious living room in addition to the bedroom and bathroom. The bed was also super comfortable.
Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning, and it was different each day! It felt so luxurious to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the comfort of our room while still in our comfy PJs. By far, this has been our absolute favorite breakfast experience so far in Japan!
The hotel is located on a quiet street, yet it’s just a short walk or bus ride to most of the main attractions.
We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

There was everything to like about this hotel, which in fact is half hotel, half apartment. The bed is amazing so big and comfy, everything you could possibly need, like iron, clothes airing rack, living room, so much space, TV, large walk in wardrobe and a magnificent bathroom with a deep bath. Staff were amazing and they deliver breakfast to your room each morning.

The staff's kindness and attention to detail really set this place apart. Breakfast delivered to the room and the daily housekeeping service were both top-notch.
There was some construction going on nearby, so it got a bit noisy with trucks even at night. But honestly, the amazing service and super comfy facilities totally made up for it!

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The room was massive and quiet, everything was so clean and the bed was to-die-for comfortable. We only stayed for 1 night but had I known how good it was going to be, I would have stayed our whole trip here!
