This was our second time staying at this property and it didn't disappoint! Helpful staff, comfortable room, air conditioning, welcome gift and the most amazing breakfast made our stay so pleasant. The bar and restaurant on property are an added bonus. This hotel is worth it! Walking steps to the Guggenheim as well!

My husband and I had fantastic 4 night stays. The room especially the bathroom is clean and bed is very comfortable. I chose this hotel because of it's location, just few steps to Guggenheim museum. Also, the Old town is walking distance from the hotel. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast daily. The food was delicious and had variety to choose from. The restaurant staff and reception staff are nice, friendly and very helpful. We were delighted and enjoyed our stays. If we ever return to Bilbao, we will definitely stay at Hotel Vincci Consulado.

The hotel is very well located near to the Guggenheim and the landing for the boat trips. A short walk from the Metro/ airport bus (15mins at a steady pace) The hotel itself was very comfortable, clean and had an excellent range of facilities. Would definitely stay again.
