I had a lovely stay at the Troutbeck Inn. The location is great, making it an ideal base for exploring the Lake District, with beautiful scenery and plenty of walking routes nearby. Blencathra and Helvellyn within 15 min drives.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive which made the experience feel warm and personal.
The Inn and rooms were also very clean and well maintained.
Room amenities were nice, and the pub food was great. Highly recommend the homemade pie.
Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would love to return when visiting the area again.
