I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised 24/7 reception — my flight got delayed and I didn't arrive until 3:40 AM. Turns out the front desk is actually closed from 3 to 5 AM, which is nowhere mentioned on the Expedia listing. When I arrived, the person at the desk first told me they were closed and that 24/7 service wasn't accurate, which was confusing given that's exactly what I'd booked based on. After some back-and-forth, I was eventually let into my room, but the experience was stressful and unnecessary. If your hours have exceptions, please update the listing — false advertising on a basic feature like reception availability shouldn't happen, especially for late-arriving travelers who depend on it.
Room was otherwise clean, the facility was nice. I booked a room not facing the courtyard due to the other reviews stating it can be loud.

The pool and outdoor area was lovely. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working as well as we would have liked and a lot of light still shone in the room from outside. But the rooms were clean and comfy and good otherwise.
