It was great for the price.. shower head not alot of pressure hard to wash long hair..

Tub drain was closed ; front desk person lifted it up. Next day it closed again and wouldn't open. Bathroom door needs oiling. Light switch does nothing. Shower curtain is trip hazard: it is much too long. Iron but no ironing board.

First, I would like to start off with the positive. When we got our room, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location for walking to old town. Many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Now for the not so positive. I called the day before to let them know we wouldn’t be there until 12:30 AM. I know a lot of hotels will cancel your reservations after midnight. Lady took my information and made a note. We got there at 12:20 AM and the office was closed. There was a call box which we tried multiple times and no answer. I called customer service and she tried calling the manager with no luck. She told me there is nothing she could do to help me and that she was sorry for the situation. Obviously not her fault, but it’s 1 o’clock in the morning by this time and we have nowhere to go. We had Uber from the airport so no car to warm up in. We went to the pool area to have somewhere to sit and try to get a hold of Hotels.com, but was unable to find a customer service number. Which I know I have contacted them in the past, so that was weird. We ended up sleeping on the deck chairs for about two hours. It was so cold. There was a 24 hour Denny’s around the corner, so we decided to go there and warm up at 3 AM. As we were walking by the office, we decided to try one more time the phone box. And the person on duty answered. I was so grateful that we were able to get into a room. But the room she gave us had not been cleaned. So had to go back and get a different room.

Very poor quality. Floors were very dirty.The lady at the front counter was nice. The water got shutoff for an hour about mid morning without notice.

Great check in but room was so dated and the most uncomfortable bed I've ever attempted to sleep on.

The location was perfect but that’s about the only highlight. The room was poorly maintained with drawers that didn’t open/close, upholstery that was frayed and leaking stuffing, a chipped and stained sink, etc. The room had obviously been smoked in in the past so every day I’d have to air out the room for a while. However the windows were secured closed so I’d have to awkwardly prop open the entire door. And the “breakfast” was not- the coffee was always empty and your options were tiny off brand muffins or a packet of instant oatmeal. My expectations were pretty low but the stuffy smoke/overly-room-freshener-sprayed room really got to my lungs after a few nights.

I had booked for 3 days but ended up checking out in two days. I am expecting hotel.com to refund for one night. I decided to take a night through hotel.com with Aloft due to much better quality

Looked nice on the outside but the room was really small . Phone didn’t work . there was no trash cans in our room are near to where we could dispose of it .
