Lobby was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was a nice temperature. Very convenient location. The room’s kitchenette was nice. Tyler, the night front desk attendant was great.
Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Poor communication with front desk (crystal). House keeping did not refresh our kitchenette the entirety of our stay. Someone’s dog defecated on a cactus by the front door and it remained there all week despite bringing it to the hotel’s attention.

Breakfast was excellent.
The hot water was warm at best and a cold shower at my age was not on my bucket list! There was peeling paper on the walls in the bathroom and the Soap dispenser on the wall was hanging loose.

Dog Friendly hotel.
Unfortunately the dog friendly room smelled like pet urine and was very uncomfortable. They failed to clean our room as scheduled so we had to tolerate the smell the whole trip. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper.
Breakfast was terrible. Really disappointed. Boiled eggs are gross.
The outdoor facility is completely rock and gravel & hot for pets. Not dog friendly. We traveled 16hours and will find another hotel next time.
