Clean room and comfortable and quiet stay. But no breakfast facility. Entry with lock box after calling for the code.

No breakfast that I was aware of in Estes Park.
Property around room and cabins in disarray. Pool ,barbaque/grills not in working order and generally pretty messy outside and surroundings but my room was excellent.
Sitting on my deck overlooking river was the best!
