Good

Very easy check in and out. We made all the arrangements over SMS. The host send photos - very convenient and useful. The apartment is very close to the old part of the city, so we could walk all over. Beds were comfortable and clean. Enough towels.

The app could be cleaner and needs minor repairs. It stinks from drains.

The house location is good. And the car parking area was good.

Poor

clean bed and bathroom, free parking but only for small ( narrow ) cars ( no warning during booking )

dirty chairs and sofa, old kitchen equipment and furniture, refrigerator full of ice, bad quality of TV channels , parking only for small ( narrow ) cars ( no warning in apartment description ), noisy street

Very good

Location was excellent. It has a shopping center with supermarket 500mt. The old town is just 3 km. Walking distance (35 min). It was very spacious. It has parkering. However the entrance was very narrow. So big cars >2mt wight will not get in. The apartment is equiped with all the basic needs. I would recommend it.

The freeze in the refrigirator was full of ice. So it needs a bit maintenance.

Good for short stay

Great location, close to city centre and piblic transport. Nice pubs, restaurants and park in the near.

The room was on the ground floor so there was not much opportunity to allow some fresh air in the room and there was no AC. Also, we had to wait minutes for warm water.

Good, but not a 3* experiance

Very nice location, close to good restaurants, parks and pubs. Close to city centre and great public transport opportunities.

Unfortunately we had several problems with the room itself. The room was in the rooftop, therefore the water pressure was bad. First we had to wait minutes until the water was warm enough to have a shower, after the water has suddenly stopped and we had to wait in foam until it was available again. Due to the rooftop with no AC, it was increadlibly hot. Also, - for our personal taste - the bed was unconfortable, seemed like the materace was deformed or something and was so soft we could not sleep well.

Very poor

The location is close to Andel. That part of the city was dirty and not well maintained. There was good heating. Wifi was ok.

The apartment I was accommodated was on the ground floor. There was a lot of noise due to the people who were passing by. The apartment had very small window with no natural light. The bathroom and kitchen didn’t have any windows. Dirty overall. In the kitchen there is no oven. The water in the bathroom was so low debit and you couldn’t take comfortably a shower. No washing machine. If you stay for longer, you need to use a public one. It is advised that there is a parking available. The access is terible and in case you are with a larger car you can’t park any SUV. The person who was there asked to fill in a handover protocol for all items in the apartments- cups, pillows, towels, knifes, spoons, pots, plates. This was for a first time in my live. Also took details of my credit card to charge if anything is missing. However, he didn’t go with the list through the items but asked me to sign. Crazy 😅

Very good

Clean, comfortable, had everything I needed. Loved the window above the bed (just for the light)

Poor water pressure, someone no water for a few minutes No lighter or matches present, had to buy my own (for cooking) Mattresses were shaped a bit so that you'd end up in the middle of them.

Superb

Nice apartment, quiet, spacious, and warm. With skylight windows the room has more light and able to see the sky and the green forest.
