The neighborhood the accommodation is located in is very calm and safe. It is family-oriented. There are affordable places to have a pintxo and a coffee or a drink. I would like to recommend Bar Ordunte :)
The staff at the accommodation was responsible. They were cleaning regularly and at time (I was leaving around 10 and returning around 14-15 and it was already clean). The air-conditioner is doing a good job. The window has blinds (don't lower them fully. Otherwise, the sunbeams will not shine in your room in the morning). The fridge is cooling well. Entering the building and the room was simple with the codes. If you have any problems, the staff will answer, search for them.
The walls are obviously tiny and sounds (steps in the hallway) or voices of the neighbors (only when they speak louder or make a bit of noise) could be easily heard and disrupt your sleep if you don't sleep deeply.
Diish soap in the kitchen, and a mop in the room would not be superfluous.

The room has a very strong cigarette smell although it is supposed to be a no smoking room. I am sensitive to the smell so I had a hard time sleeping. There were no staff on site. I was too tired to try to request a room change online.
