Camere dotate del necessario per una permanenza di 3/4 notti, con condizionatore, doccia confortevole ed un rapido riscontro via Whatsapp da parte dello staff in caso di evenienze. Ottima la pulizia.
Il quartiere è stupendo, immerso nel verde di parchi e con tutti i servizi vicini (supermercati, pub, farmacia, ristoranti). Per arrivare a piedi, però, l'unico modo è salire oltre 300 scale che lo collegano al Casco Viejo.
Sicuramente faticoso se fatte con un bagaglio. Un modo diverso per restare in allenamento anche in vacanza, ma da evitare se si ricerca comfort e relax assoluto.

posizione tutto sommato tranquilla, vicino alla metro anche se c’è da farà una rampa di scale, ma quando la metro è aperta c’è un ascensore molto comodo ti lascia vicinissimo dalla struttura.
un supermercato lì attaccato, un bel parco, ottimo.
inoltre la camera non era piccolissima ma grande il giusto.
check-out fino alle 12.00 comodissimo
solo il fatto che gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni 3 giorni si potrebbe migliorare, ma di base altro da segnalare non c’è.

Unterkunft in guter Lage, prima erreichbar mit der Metro und ein bisschen Laufen, auch die Innenstadt ist direkt erreichbar. Check-In mittels Code funktioniert. Klimaanlage OK, auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank ist im Zimmer. Da zu dieser Zeit fast nichts anderes verfügbar war, bin ich nicht unzufrieden, aber auch nicht zufrieden.
Leider ein ziemlich stilloses Erdloch zu überzogenen Preisen (EUR 100/Nacht). Kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten, Fenster lässt man besser zu weil Erdgeschoss. Ein Nachttisch schon windschief, das Waschbecken mit Rissen und Seifenspender funktionieren nicht. Nachdem es nichts anderes mehr gab, war das schon okay, aber nicht großartig. Eine ans Personal gestellte Frage, ob es eine Kaffeemaschine gibt, wurde erst falsch beantwortet ("E gibt eine") und dann zurückgezogen ("es gibt keine").
