La ubicación es excelente, nos ha encantado estar tan cerca de todo. El apartamento es muy amplio, cómodo y estaba muy bien equipado. Sin duda alguna, volveríamos a repetir. Mención especial para Jon, el anfitrión: muy atento, amable y supermajo con nosotros en todo momento, haciendo que la estancia fuera muy fácil y agradable.
El único pequeño inconveniente que tuvimos fue que al llegar al apartamento a veces había olores fuertes a comida, ya que se notaba que varios vecinos estaban cocinando y se filtraba el olor al piso.

This 3 bedroom apartment is in an awesome location in the Old Town. It's comfortable and clean and a short walk to the best things that San Sebastian has to offer. Communication with the host was fantastic before, during and after the stay. They made the whole process of understanding parking and apartment access very easy. Having access to a lounge room, kitchen and balcony was great for our group of 5.
Not an issue for our group in October, but I think the lack of air conditioning could be a challenge in the warmer months. For us, the temperature was perfect,

The location was superb. Right in the heart of the old town. The owners were helpful and the information provided was spot on. There was plenty of room.
The building itself was very noisy in the evening. This was noise from other apartments and people moving about etc. It wasn’t quiet until about 1AM. Sleep was difficult if you are an early to bed, early to rise person. It was quite warm without air conditioning. I would imagine it would be difficult in the height of summer.

This apartment has a great central location in the Old Town but I guess you are paying for that location. Nice veranda, comfortable beds and sofa. Jon the owner is very nice and good communication with him.
For the money I think the apartment could do with a lot of refinement. I get you are paying for the location but really it is quite a basic apartment. Two rooms are very warm in the summer (fans are provided but not effective), for the price at least one air conditioning unit could be installed. The bathroom is small and the shower overflowed on to the floor - this was because the drain had not been cleaned for perhaps 6-12 months it was truly gross! The coffee machine is a stove top one. We could not really use the veranda at dawn or dusk as standing water in the basement below (not the owners fault) but this created mosquito issues. Veranda is very overlooked but you could say that adds local colour. Apartment wasn't 10/10 clean maybe 6/10. Again nothing to do with the owner but every time you walked out of the apartment - like every time! - someone had dumped bags of washing or rubbish right outside the door.
