The location is perfect. Nice view from the living room. Very close to the beach, cafes and shops, walkable distance to the old town.
Initial entry of the property was very bad. We had instruction to call wrong number. We waited 20 minutes in front of the door, trying to call until we found another number on the web site of the agency managing the facility. Before our arrival I have asked some clarification questions and no one ever answered me, even though I've wrote 4 times.
The couch in the living room was in terrible condition - very very dirty, ripped and broken. Some of the bed covers in the bedroom were also dirty with visible stains. Some of the chairs are torn and in very bad condition. The bunk bed is not safe to sleep on the upper bed for a kid. And there was a missing peace in the stair. In general not a bad place, with a small investment could become great.

The location is great - easy to get to centre and some nice little bars nearby and the beach is just there.
Admittedly it was the World Cup semi final game with Spain playing but it was hard to get into the apartment. We had no response from the phone number we were advised to call to be let in the main outside door. It was 9:30pm, I left several messages and eventually we waited for someone else to come into the apartment block and we went in and found the apartment open and the keys on the table.
