We loved the location, customer care and the level of cleanliness. Dining area and rooms were spotless. We appreciated stunning beach, with private hotel section where you are not disturbed. We also enjoyed well maintained garden and swimming pool. The hotel is peaceful (no loud music, no evening shows, only sometimes the musicians at dinner time). Food and drinks are very tasteful and fresh, nice mix of local & world wide options. They also keep level of food spiciness manageable for foreigners. We appreciated polite and professional attitude of all the staff. We felt welcomed, nothing was a problem. We are ready to recommend this hotel.
Despite the fact we adjusted settings of the air conditioning to minimal flow, air flow was still strong blowing directly to the bed. The gym could be better equipped (I missed the elliptical trainer). No toilet at beach.

Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und sehr gross.Der Strand war sauber,leider gab es viele Sandflöhe und laute Musik von einem nahegelegenen öffentlichem Strand.Das Zimmer war sehr sauber ,vielen dank an Jérom der jeden Tag eine neue Bettdekoration gestaltet hat
Das Frühstück war sehr mittelmässig. Am ersten Morgen hat man uns altes Gebäck aufgetischt sowie übersüssen Fruchtsaft aus der Dose.Dies hat man dann auf unsere beschwerde hin durch neues Gebäck ersetzt.Am ersten Abend hatten wir das Menü wo leider der Thunfisch ausgetrocknet war.
Wir fanden das Personal auch eher aufdringlich.
Es gab keinen schönen Sitzplatz wo man gemütlich am abend ein Apero geniessen konnte,wir fanden das ganze Ambiente eher steril.Von unseren 4 Reisen in Sri Lanka ist dies das erste Hotel das uns nicht gefallen hat.
