J’ai beaucoup aimé la gentillesse du personnel, ils sont vraiment rendant service et très sympathique, notamment la réceptionniste.
La vue sur la mer est splendide.
Les chambres sont très propres.
Le service de ménage ne passe pas si vous ne demandez pas et il y avait beaucoup de bruit dans l’hôtel

Hotel nowy, czysty. Duże wygodne pokoje. Kucharz jest cudowny. Gotuje doskonale i robi wszystko, żeby klienci byli zadowoleni. lokalizacja fantastyczna, prosto z hotelu wychodzi się na najładniejszą plażę w mieście.
Do poprawy drobiazgi: łyżeczki w pokoju, bo nie ma czym mieszać kawy, można bardziej urozmaicić śniadania

Schöne saubere Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Lage direkt am Strand
Zimmer werden nicht sauber gemacht bzw Handtücher gewechselt, passiert nur auf Nachfrage. Wir waren 5 Nächte da und einmal auf Nachfrage sauber gemacht.
Frühstück ist English Breakfast der Standard. Man muss Nachfragen ob man auch etwas anderes bekommt. Es gibt kein Menü.
Liegen am Strand wären auch wünschenswert.
Es ist ein neues Hotel und ich verstehe dass alles noch nicht reibungslos funktionieren kann, aber dann kann man die Zimmer nicht für so einen Preis anbieten.
Es kann natürlich sein dass ich einen zu hohen Standart erwarte wenn ich eine eine für Sri Lanka sehr hohen Preis für ein Hotel bezahle. Dann ist das mein Problem. Und der hohe Preis ist auch nicht mit einem sauberen Zimmer und warmer dusche zu rechtfertigen.
Das ist keine Kritik am Personal, es war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Aber es ist ein Kritik an einem Service der automatisch funktionieren sollte und ich wegen jedem bisschen nachfragen muss bzw an einem Frühstück ohne viel Option für ein Hotel im gehobeneren Preissegment.
