The staff were incredible. There was a slight problem with the water (it wasn’t their fault) and they were quick to find a solution for my wife & I. The location was peaceful and quiet which we loved! We’ve been to a couple hotels in Bacalar, but this is definitely our new favorite! We will be back!

It is a beutiful ecological friendly hotel with comfort great food and at the foot of the Bacalar Lagoon beautiful place to swim in the middle of nature with all the services. Highly recomended
