The whole outlook and design.
My Wifi was down, no signal so i can't receive any Email supposed to be sent out 2 hours before check in.
Luckily, there was someone at the information center at the time near train station who helped me to get wifi. The following few days i can't find anyone in information center for information, the counter was not manned.
Perhaps if the owner can set up an intercom or a device on the premises for contact (Or maybe there is one which I don't know of, no written note in the foyer if I am not mistaken) for someone like me who was unable to receive instructions to check in. Anyway, you can still get inside for a seat.

Good kitchen, close to the station, bed was comfy
Note: we stayed in Feb with snow on the ground. Freezing cold rooms except kitchen area and bedroom once blasted with a heater. Bathroom and toilet ( downstairs) had no heating and no insulation, so freezing. Maybe upstairs was better, but didn't go up.No soundproofing
