A queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room can comfortably sleep 2 more to make a total sleeping capacity 9 adult sized travelers. With amenities like a 6 person hot tub, firepit table, propane 5 burner barbecue grill, WiFi, AC, and a washer/dryer guests can relax in comfort. There is ample parking on the property and space for RV's! Please inquire about RV parking. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer for convenience. This place was an absolute gem! It was our family's first time in Sedona and what a beautiful place it was! We enjoyed being so close to the sites, having breakfast on the porch, and watching the sunset over the red rocks in the hot tub. I didn't want to leave! This place was well worth the money. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Our family will cherish the memories made here.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 5. We have three teens and we loved the hot tub and out door patio. Very conveniently located to town and hiking trails. The house has everything you need. The views all around the house and the patio are stunning.
