The patio was comfortable and cozy.
Very clean.
The light on the patio was motion sensored so we had to get up and walk every 5 minutes to turn it on.
Little ants invaded the kitchen, the bathroom and even my suitcase
Coffee pot needs to be upgraded to a bigger pot the perks until it is done without taking 3 minute breaks.
Need sheets for the futon.

The location near Highway 101 is excellent, and the parking and check-in process were very smooth. We particularly enjoyed the foldable sofa in the living area; it was versatile and high quality.
The Challenges:
Comfort & Maintenance: The bed was uncomfortably high for our preference. More importantly, we dealt with two major maintenance issues: the fire alarm malfunctioned twice on our first night, and by the third night, we discovered a water leak in the bedroom wall originating from an adjacent room.
The Walkway & Safety: The entrance experience was quite stressful. There are two dogs behind a bamboo wall along the path that barked aggressively and ran toward us; this was very scary for my child and intimidating for me.
Cleanliness: On our first night, a cat left a mess directly on the walkway. The resulting odor was overwhelming and made the walk to the front door very unpleasant.
While the manager was responsive in replacing the fire alarm, the combination of the leak and the external noise/smell made for a difficult stay. We only extended our trip by one day because the weather was too poor to travel.
