The 3-Bedroom lodge was excellent and had everything we needed. The sauna within the lodge was excellent! The lodge is premium and well maintained.
Staff were excellent throughout the facility including reception staff and facilities staff. It was very easy to book facilities which made things easy.
Check-in and check-out staff were very helpful and welcoming.
The facilities such as the snooker room, table tennis, swimming pool, steam room, etc were all excellent.
Would surely visit again.
Nothing too significant to mention here but probably:
More breakfast options would be good, especially Vegetarian options. As a vegetarian myself, there wasn't much I could consume in the breakfast menu so I had to go elsewhere.
Electricity charge - there is a separate charge for electricity over and above your room cost. Wasn't aware of this until check-out unfortunately. Apparently it's mentioned somewhere in the fine print but considering it's an unusual thing, it would be better to highlight this in the main brief.
Also, it would be easier if the electricity charge is calculated and communicated at check-out so can be agreed and settled right away. Rather than being automatically deducted from the deposit at a later date.

Location and leisure facilities were great. Restaurant and bar area had great staff and tasty food.
They charge extra for electricity (it's in the small print). Different to the photo, there was no table which was important to us as we had to work,also nothing to eat on. When asked for a table we were fobbed off. The studio was dated, the fold down bed was extremely uncomfortable (small double). The kitchen was not well kitted out with only 2 bowls, 2 mugs, 2 large plates and so on. They did bring us some extra crockery when asked. Not impressed with the standard for the price you pay.
