Comfortable and clean. Worked well for our fairly large family group. Quite quiet location. Owner responded quickly to queries and issues.
Nothing very significant: just be aware that the shared lounge facilities could get busy if the accommodation were full. Be prepared to be tolerant of other people!

A little hidden gem with a deceiving exterior where ‘never judging a book by its cover’ comes to mind! The interior of the property is of exceptional quality, tastefully decorated with all of the facilities you would expect. Circulation spaces are generous where the shared lounge and cooking/prep areas offer enough to make a basic breakfast or simple lunch.
We thought our room was lovely, until we saw the sizes of the opposite rooms, then suddenly became a little envious 🤣🤣.
The room was a little airless, perhaps as we’re used to sleeping with a window open, but sadly the only opening available was via a patio door set where we didn’t feel safe to leave it open whilst asleep.

Check in time was 3pm but we arrived an hour early and a lovely lady said it was absolutely fine to arrive early. The room was beautiful and the decor very elegant. The welcome pack was very helpful and we used their recommendation to visit the delightful Coxon and Coxon wine bar. Communication The only downside was not having more time for our stay.
nothing!

The room and washroom were beautiful.
The room was so close to the road where cars drove incredibly fast so it was very noisy late at night. We thought it was a b and b and expected a proper breakfast in the morning which there was not. These boutique hotels are unstaffed and communication is only available online which is not convenient or safe.
