Welcome to Cabana Caballeros, a stylish midcentury retreat where private outdoor living and classic Palm Springs style come together just minutes from downtown. Tucked along a quiet residential street, the home offers a wonderfully private, fully fenced backyard, oversized swimming pool and spa, shaded cabana, and thoughtfully curated interiors—all within walking distance of Victoria Park. Best of all, up to two dogs are welcome, making it easy to bring the whole family along.
Outdoor living takes center stage at Cabana Caballeros. Spend your afternoon floating in the oversized pool, unwind in the spa, or find a shady spot beneath the cabana. Multiple outdoor lounging and dining areas give everyone room to spread out, while the fire pit provides the perfect gathering place as the desert cools after sunset. From morning coffee outside to long afternoons by the water and evenings under the stars, the backyard was designed to be enjoyed throughout the day.
Inside, the home`s midcentury character is complemented by comfortable furnishings and carefully selected décor and amenities. The conversational living room offers an inviting place to gather, while the dining area accommodates up to eight. A fully equipped chef`s kitchen provides everything you need for meals at home.
Cabana Caballeros accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a King bed, while the two additional bedrooms each offer a Queen bed.
The home`s location makes it easy to enjoy Palm Springs beyond the backyard. Downtown Palm Springs is approximately five minutes away by car or rideshare, putting restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment within easy reach. Victoria Park is less than a quarter-mile walk away, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway along with nearby hiking and biking trails are just minutes from the house.
Whether you`re planning a weekend around the pool, a Palm Springs getaway with friends, a vacation with your four-legged companions, or a longer seasonal escape, Cabana Caballeros offers the privacy and space to settle in while keeping the best of Palm Springs close at hand.
Spa heating is included with your stay. Optional pool heating is available for an additional charge and is especially recommended October through May. Extended seasonal stays of 29 nights or longer are also available.
We are fortunate to be one of the few cities in the Coachella Valley that allows short-term rentals. To maintain this privilege, all guests must abide by the local law. Palm Springs City Ordinance 2075 is very specific and highly enforced.
* Outdoor music is not permitted at any time - day or night.
* Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 10:00AM.
* A maximum of 3 vehicles are permitted.

We just finished 60 days and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool and backyard area were used often. We liked having the Service Road out front. Great neighborhood.
