Our stay was off to a great start when we were greeted by Kayla at the front desk. She was kind, helpful, and sympathetic to us when she learned we were traveling to attend a funeral. When we had questions, she was very helpful and nice. Every time we passed by her at the front desk, she always greeted us. The lobby is beautiful. The furniture is comfortable and the TV was in a good location to watch the football game. Having coffee, tea, and water available in the lobby was a nice perk. The room was beyond our expectations! Spacious, clean, and bright. The kitchenette was well equipped and we appreciated the large refrigerator. The bathroom was large, plenty of counter space, and bright. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice.
I honestly cannot think of anything that needs improvement.

Clean, comfortable, great staff, delicious breakfasts
Only one outside fire pit and way too many people that would like to rest by it. Also, the court yard is not close from the parking lot. It is inconvenient for families with small kids. The court yard in Kalamazoo is more private and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was huge and clean. Breakfast was free and they did offer free items like toothbrushes when my daughter forgot hers. Location was very convenient.
My only complaint was that we did not receive housekeeping during our stay of three nights. I don't expect it every day but I thought we would have it at least once and since we had a baby with us, trash disposal would have been appreciated.
