Es Lloquet
Finca Es Lloquet is located in a secluded wooded area, surrounded by a lush garden full of palm trees and an organic vegetable garden. Extensive lawns offer space for children to play or for yoga and meditation. The XXL pool has steps, sun loungers, a Balinese daybed and an outdoor bar provide a shaded dining area, while families can enjoy occasional visits from Victoria's friendly dog. The housekeeper, who lives on the other side of the property, tends the vegetable garden and helps guests when needed.
Inside the house you will find Persian rugs, antiques and original artwork. On the ground floor there is a living room with a small library and a fireplace for the cooler months. The fully equipped country-style kitchen has marble worktops and a large gas cooker. One of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with a walk-in wardrobe and balcony. A modern shared bathroom serves both bedrooms on the upper floor. High-speed WLAN is available throughout the building.
Finca Es Lloquet is located 10 minutes by car from Capdepera, with good shopping facilities. The sandy beaches between Cala Ratjada and Canyamel are only 6 to 7 kilometres away.
