The property was superb. Self contained apartment with everything provided for a very hassle free, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, pots, pans, cutlery, microwave, kettle, coffee machine (coffee pods included) toilet rolls, handwash, bedding, towels etc… The apartment was very clean and modern with a brilliant shower (makes a difference) Freeview TV and Wi-Fi … Quiet location and near to local amenities and short walk to the amazing beach 🏖️ Highly recommend this property and a huge thank you to the host Graeme.
Nothing not to like from my experience.

The room was very clean and modern. A lovely room to spend some time together with your partner. Good kitchen facilities, with a dining table to enjoy a nice home cooked meal, decent couch to enjoy a programme on the provided smart TV. Decent bed to relax and get a good nights sleep.
Shower is spot on, more lighting options than you can shake a stick at so it can always fit the mood.
Washing machine & dishwasher in the kitchen area for your use. Some pots & pans on site, enough to cook up a meal.
Tea, coffee & biscuits provided.
Decent 70Mbps wifi provided in the room.
Off road parking right outside your front door!
Really quiet location and the room is not over looked by anyone.
Special mention for the host who helped me out by providing some banners, a balloons & rose petals to help make an anniversary weekend away seem abit more special.
Could hear others moving about in the building and room door is not soundproof at all, with the bed positioned next to the door this wasn't ideal.
Would recommend taking your own decent pillow as only the 4 on the bed provided (which were not up to much).
Coffee machine was broken and when the host was informed, he said he would sort it the next day. Sadly this didn't get sorted. (Not the end of the world, but abit disappointing as a coffee lover).
Tablets for washine machine provided, but not for dishwasher - just an empty place labelled "dishwasher".
Only venetian blind provide to cover the 3 massive windows in the room, althought this was aesthetically pleasing in the day time, not ideal with an early sunrise, added blackout roller blinds would make for a great improvement.

"Perfect location when visiting the lakes. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. Great communication from the hosts, would recommend and would stay again if in the area"
