Age Requirement: The booking guest must be 25 years or older and occupy the property for the entire stay.
Occupancy: Vacation rental use only. Worker or employee housing is prohibited.
Peak Season: December through March reservations must begin on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month. Consecutive monthly bookings are permitted. Reservations not meeting this requirement may be canceled.
Pet Policy: Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. A $10/night pet fee applies. BetterPet Passport registration is required for pets and assistance animals.
Pool Heat: Optional November through April for $30/night. Water temperature is maintained at approximately 85°F but may vary with weather conditions.
Mid-Stay Cleaning: Reservations of 28 nights or longer may require a mid-stay cleaning. Additional cleanings are required every 28 nights thereafter and are paid separately.
Boating & Dockage: Guests are responsible for confirming their boat can safely navigate local bridges, canal depths, and dockage prior to booking. Boat lift is not available for guest use.
No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home.
Wildlife: The Florida Keys are home to mosquitoes, no-see-ums, Key deer, reptiles, tropical birds, and other wildlife. Routine pest control is performed, but occasional encounters are a normal part of the island environment.
Construction: Nearby construction, renovations, or road work may occur without notice and are beyond our control.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea-Esta. The location was perfect for our fishing plans, and the house was stocked well with appliances and kitchen wares. We were able to dock our boat and the use of the bait freezer was nice. The i-Trip staff was responsive to all our questions. However, there were a few items that made our stay uncomfortable. First, the pool temperature is set at 85 degrees. While this sounds warm, it is not, especially for toddlers. We asked a couple of times for the temperature to be increased to 89 or 90 but was told it was under owner control and not able to be increased. This was especially frustrating because we had inquired about a previous negative review before booking and was told it was unrealistic because it was May air temps compared to water temperature. Since we rented in January, this was absolutely not the case. The pool is always in the shade, so it gets no natural heat. A total waste of the additional 840 we paid for the month. We highly advise you to not pay the extra for the pool.Secondly, the house air-conditioned temperature is regulated remotely by the owners and set with a password. Initially the house was hot and very humid. We had several sleepless nights until the management company finally got them to let us decrease the temperature. But there were several times we would turn it down and it would mysteriously go back up. While we understand their desire to make sure the house is not abused, it was very frustrating.

We had a great stay at this property. The 30 per day fee to heat the pool was very excess considering the heater was set to run only 8 hours per day. And some days it only ran an hour, just a complete waste of 840. Other than that the property was great.
