Location, and had kitchen
My room was real small and the single was too small. There was an odour in the room. Possibly from sweating bodies. Not enough black out in curtains

The location was great with all sorts of things to do nearby. The bed was super comfortable and check in was easy.
I felt it was a bit expensive for a guest house.

This is the perfect location. You’re right in the middle of Reykjavik, and for us, we were close the start and finish lines of the marathon.

The location is very central, making it a convenient spot if you're needing to be in downtown Reykjavik. The kitchen was properly equipped, the area was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
The room was very small and had no wardrobe, no shelves, no desk, just a few hooks on the wall. It would be nice to install more storing equipment in the rooms even if they're small.
