Not far from the Monk metro station. Good price for one night on Saturday. The house including the shared bathroom is clean and equipped with all I need to stay.
The host didn't send me the check-in info until I asked. The other rooms are too close so each other and the shared bathroom is in the middle. I can't sleep well at night as my neighbours took turns to come out and in several times in the midnight and early morning.

O quarto é ótimo: amplo, iluminado e arejado. Os moradores da casa são educados e simpáticos. A casa é silenciosa. Tem maquina de lavar e de secar. Tem secador de cabelo. As paradas de ônibus e de metro são próximas.
As áreas compartilhadas da casa são muito sujas. Não existe sabão para lavar louça, então as pessoas lavam apenas passando uma água - o que não deixa a louça limpa. Ninguem guarda a louça, fica toda acumulada em um grande monte. A cozinha tem gordura por todo lado - fogão, pia, mesa, chão. Os lixos ficam transbordando. No banheiro, a banheira tem manchas de sujeira no chão por não ser limpa há muito tempo. A limpeza da casa é um desastre e faz a casa perder muitos pontos. A distância do centro é outro ponto que dificulta - apesar de o transporte ser próximo, a viagem é longa até o centro. Fora isso, a casa é muito boa.
