The breakfast is the only negative - needs work - they have gone through the motions and ticked all the boxes but none of the breakfast food had any taste.
Perhaps increase the value for money and get much higher quality food that is cooked better. The bread was tasteless as were the eggs - the bacon was tasteless and soft and damp not crispy. The yoghurts were store bought and Italy already does not make this type of food as well as the French - likewise the croissants and pain au chocolats.

Clean, bed and pillows were super comfortable, very quiet room, awesome social spaces, well kept gardens and grounds and staff were fantastic

Great facilities, amazing rooftop bar, gym and the laundry was so useful after weeks of travelling.
Location, it was a bit out of the way for our liking. We had to get taxis to all of the attractions and restaurants.
