Really surprised with how modern and fresh the rooms were bearing in mind it was above a country style pub
Breakfast would have been a nice addition and maybe a little later check out on a Sunday but it was fine

A great place to stay for the night for a wedding nearby and as a base to explore the Peak District. Room was very clean with a good bathroom. Well stocked with tea and coffee. Able to park outside no problem.
The room was very hot through the night but due to the noisy road we couldn’t sleep with the window open. It would have been useful if there was a fan available to help with the heat. There were no options for food so breakfast wasn’t available to purchase in the morning.

Lovely room & bathroom which were obviously recently renovated to a high specification
It’s a shame that they are not currently serving food-it would have been preferable to just go downstairs to have a meal in the evening & also for breakfast

The room was nicely decorated, staff were friendly on arrival and the location was good for where we were going.
The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest toilet had marks in it and shower head wasn’t very clean also someone else’s rubbish in the bin when we arrived
