Clean bedroom and bathroom. Close to bus stops and train stations. Value for money. Timely communication from host.
You need to enter codes in 4 doors to.get.to your room. Have to write down just in case you ran out of charge in phone. It's secure though.

This shared apartment is quite close to the convention center (about 15 min walk) and is located on the west side across highway 110, a neighborhood less frequented by convention attendees and tourists but turned out to be quite nice/safe with a mostly hispanic population. The cost is much lower than nearby hotels, and there are some decent groceries and restaurants around.
The main downside is the absence of a human host, and accessing my room requires typing 4 different 4-digit codes (front yard, front door, unit door, room door). It can feel isolated but fortunately I got to chat with another guest who also attended the same conference.

It's clean and near the grocery
The bed is too soft, and it has been causing me back pain. I can already feel the springs through the mattress, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep on. I think it may be time to replace it. If possible, I would kindly suggest getting a firmer mattress instead of a soft one, Thank you .

The place was so clean, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was luxurious. Neighbors in the unit were quiet and I had my own room!
There is no parking. The street parking is incredibly busy and usually full. My car got towed my first night as well. If you’re booking, just know you can add $400 to your price point for the cost of a tow. Get a place that has guaranteed parking!!
