About this apartment rental
The Beach Villas are within a short walk of all facilites at Riversdale Beach. Take a stroll along the four kilometre sandy beach, swim, surf, fish or just chill out, it's up to you!! There is a nine hole golf course just down the road, or hire the tennis courts for a game. Meals are available on Friday nights at the club and everyone is welcome. The local store sells all the essentials, as well as fishing gear, takeaways and great coffee.
The Unit is fully fenced to make it a safe holiday for you, your children and pets. If bringing your pets please bring their own beds and clean up after them.
Riversdale Beach is a great place to base yourself, while you take short day trips to enjoy some of the other attractions available within the area, such as; Castlepoint, the local vineyards, shopping, a visit to Pukaha Mount Bruce Bird Reserve etc.
Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$30.00 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

I stayed three nights at the Beach Villa in Riversdale Beach and it was excellent. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable with a lovely homely atmosphere and is only a short distance from the village centre and beach. The amenities at the Villa also include a washing machine. I would thoroughly recommend the Beach Villa to anyone wishing to stay for a holiday break in Riversdale Beach.

Spoke to owner informed her early in day in person my daughter back home was sick was going home...Didnt expect a rebate or some credit but wasn't offered any compensation..As if was Hotel or motel would've got full nite back as was so early in day
