You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has four bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to eight Lucky guests.
This condo offers a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together!
The four spacious bedrooms are located at the back of the property for a quiet nights rest, two with wall-mounted, Smart TV's. There are two full bathrooms just off of the hallway, that allow guests plenty of room to get ready for their day out on the town.
You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions – bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more – are all within easy walking distance.

Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

This property could not be at a better location! You are so close to all of the shopping and restaurants you will need in Savannah. We had 8 people (5 adults and 3 kids) and had plenty of space. The bedrooms do not have windows, just a note, but this was not a big deal, just something we hadn’t experienced before. I would definitely stay here again!
