Need work on hot water heater. Only one at a time possible to take shower if you need hot water otherwise it gets cold.

All the rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. Commuinication with the host was promt and they were very accommodating. The place is near some supermarkets so any small needs are easily available there. Over all the apartment is about a 10 to 15 min taxi or walk to most attractions.

We had an excellent stay in Barcelona during our recent vacation in Spain. The apartment was in a perfect location, close to the Sant Antoni market as well as numerous shops and restaurants. The L2 subway line was a block away which took us directly to La Sagrada Familia. The apartment was excellent - very clean, quiet, well stocked, and met the description perfectly! The host company was very responsive and pleasant to work with as well! I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to anyone looking to stay in Barcelona! Next time we are in Barcelona we would be happy to stay here again! Thanks for making our stay so pleasant!

The appearance of the apartment was consistent with the VRBO posting. The apartment is in a good location. It is an easy walk to La Rambla, the Gothic Quarter, Passeig de Gracia, etc.I could ask questions and get assistance both through WhatsApp chat and using the company's phone number, which was very helpful.The digital check-in process was very smooth. We were also provided with two sets of keys, which was very much appreciated.The apartment was generally clean. However, the sheets and blankets were either not clean or in the best condition. The pack-and-play (baby cot) was not very clean; it had crumbs or flakes of something in it. We stayed in the apartment for a week. Considering the length of our stay and that we were travelling with a baby, we were not provided with enough dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs (we were only provided with one tab), or laundry detergent (we were only provided with one pod). We also were not provided with any dishtowels, which I thought was strange. We had to hand wash dishes instead of using the dishwasher. We had to buy more dish soap, paper towel and toilet paper, which was a little disappointing. The door to the small balcony with the washing machine and broom/dustpan had broken glass (taped to keep it together) and was quite difficult to open. It is a great apartment, but it needs a little bit more upkeep and attention.
