About this house rental
Casa Colibri is a sanctuary in paradise, providing a tranquil setting to enjoy the beauty of Sedona. It is a beautiful 4 bedroom home within walking distance of Uptown. It is a rare home in Sedona with beautiful gardens, a heated salt water swimming pool and hot tub, 2 fire pits and lots of seating - all fully enclosed by terra cotta walls, affording you complete privacy. Whether you are enjoying the front or back yard, the views are magnificent!
Pool is heated to 85 degrees from March 1 - October 31. Pool is not heated from November 1 to February 28. Hot tub is available all year.
We have two security cameras. One covers the garage/driveway area and one covers the north yard (where the maintenance equipment is). There are no cameras in living areas, pool areas, or other common guest areas.

Great place for us to experience our first time in Sedona. Nice quiet location but just minutes drive or walk away from uptown establishments or heading out to trails or activities. The neighborhood streets are great for walks, too. The pool with built in hot tub/spa was excellent- clean, easy to use, and temperatures for both pool and spa were great. Layout of the house is excellent for bedroom privacy but lots of options for group gatherings. Kitchen has everything needed, not a hodge podge of worn out or incomplete sets of dishes, glasses, silverware, like many places we’ve stayed. Everything was clean and in working condition throughout the house. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and their information was accurate. We had a great time, the house was a big part of why. Highly recommend !

View, view, view! Can’t say enough about the view! We loved spending mornings with a hot cup of coffee by the fire pit in the front yard. Also enjoyed the hummingbirds and grass. The hot tub was also a family favorite. Owner very responsive and immediately dealt with any issues. Definitely recommend. 10/10!

We loved this home and location! We are two grandparents in our 70s, traveling with three grandkids in their 20s plus two of their friends. Papa has a mobility issue and uses a walker - this home was perfect for him. The young people would walk to different areas, and loved the back with the pool. Because of the central location, we were able to get anywhere we wanted in a very short period of time.The home is stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very clean, well equipped, and a comfortable place for the family to sit at the lovely table to eat or play games. Our host was immediately responsive with any questions we had. We have rented homes before with this group of people, everyone agreed this was the best home and the best location. We loved it!

Great place for our family. Really enjoyed the pool and the great location within walking distance of all the restaurants. Would recommend and come back for sure.
