About this house rental
Come and be one of the first guests to stay in this totally remodeled modern coastal home in the heart of Key Largo, mile marker 100. This property offers everything necessary to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of life and just relax in complete comfort. The property offers plenty of space for a family or a group of friends to spread out and enjoy. The first floor has a spacious living room with leather sofas, a 55” TV, and a board game table area with a variety of games to choose from. It also has a quaint bedroom with a queen sized bed, TV, a full bath and laundry closet with full size washer and dryer for all your needs. The second floor is light and airy, decorated with soft and serene beach tones. It has a gorgeous, spacious kitchen, dining space for 8, a full bathroom, a comfortable reclining leather sectional and a 65” TV. This floor also has 2 beautiful balconies with space to kick back and relax. One is off the kitchen and the other is off the family room, facing a lush, salt water lagoon with beach entrance and swimming platforms. The third floor is a wonderful space to retreat to. One bedroom has a queen bed, a 55” TV, plenty of storage and it’s own private balcony. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, a TV, a built in closet and a beautiful screened in balcony also facing the lagoon, with an even higher panoramic view. These rooms share a spacious full bathroom. All TV’s are smart TV’s and can connect to Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus, Amazon Prime, YouTube, other apps and 160 cable channels.
A 6 seat golf cart is also available for a small fee.
This neighborhood of Kawama also has 3 pools, a playground, tennis courts, a marina with boat slips available for rent, a boat ramp, beautiful seating on a private beach overlooking the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean. It also has an impressive rock jetty that offers wonderful strolls with panoramic picture taking opportunities and fishing is great anywhere along the way. If you’re an early riser, this is the place to experience breathtaking sunrises and maybe even sightings of manatees and dolphins frolicking.
The property is on the ocean side of Key Largo and has direct access to the open sea. It is located on John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park waters which consists of 70 nautical square miles of gorgeous coral reefs, marine animals and all kinds of breathtaking sea life. The area offers excellent day trips for snorkeling, scuba diving and boat rentals.
The Florida Keys is world renown for its sports fishing, it’s awe-inspiring sea life, coral reefs, snorkeling and diving opportunities, along with so many other ocean activities.
Come make the Keys your backyard playground and fall in love with all that it offers!

We stayed 4 nights and had a great experience. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring Key Largo. We’d definitely stay here again.
