Historic home in lovely Cheesman Park neighborhood. Our basement apartment is in a fantastic walkable location, with access to whatever you need for a great Denver experience! Take a morning stroll to Cheesman Park, use our guest pass to explore the Botanic Gardens, and grab coffee from local roasters. Enjoy many delicious dining options, wine bars, breweries, and more. Explore boutiques, antiques, vintage shops, and bookstores. We love our home and neighborhood and you will too!
Garden-level apartment in gorgeous Cheesman Park neighborhood with private entrance includes a kitchen with a two-burner true induction cooktop, dishwasher, full-sized washer/dryer, WiFi, and Roku TV. Quiet home unit with separate alarm system and street parking. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Easy access to public transportation!
Also includes *free* access to Botanical Gardens using our guest pass key fob attached to the apartment keys!
Mobility notice: The apartment is accessed by a narrow sidewalk and descending staircase into the basement.

We love to explore the historic streets and endless eats. There are many families in the neighborhood and a nearby playground in the park. Close to public transportation and a short drive from the mountains, this really is the best Denver has to offer. Come see why we call it `The best neighborhood in a thousand miles!`

Very nice property. Works great if you want a location that is friendly and walkable. Host is responsive and the property presents as advertised. We would stay here again.

Nice option for our quick getaway to Denver. Walkable neighborhood. Loved using the pass to the Botanic Gardens. It was beautiful. Week d was quite warm for June but basement lodging stayed cool!

The apartment is clean and nice. I struggled with this review. There is no way to regulate heat and it was freezing. We slept in clothes and winter coat. Although it was May 8, we had coats with us because Michigan was still cold when we left. The next day we had to get a space heater. It appears as if you are at the mercy of the apartment above. The water pressure is very poor. Although I had good communication prior to arrival, when we were trying to figure out heat, we didn’t hear back. Message was missed. After we left and I resent message there was no explanation of heat situation. So I still don’t know if there was a way to adjust it. This would be a great place to stay if you catch temp at right time.
