ما اعرف من وين ابدأ
الغرف نظيفة والملاءات جديدة وبيضاء
تنظيف يومي بإشراف مشرف
مصعد آمن لا يصعد إلا على دور الغرفة فقط
وجود غسالة مع مجفف
وجود حافلة ترددية لمنطقتي تقسيم وغلاتا
وجود بقالات قريبة من الاوتيل وايضاً مخابز ومحل غسيل ملابس
تعامل الموظفين جميعا بلا استثناء ابتداء من الاستقبال جميعا وبالأخص استاذ صلاح جعل إقامتنا اكثر راحة اسال الله ان يبارك له والموظف أنس والموظف الذي استقبلنا حال وصولنا وسجلنا دخولنا عنده لا اعلم اسمه وموظفين النظافة ايضاً لا اعرف اسمهم ولكن خدمتهم لنا لن انساها والله كأنني في منزلي وباذن الله سأخبر كل من أعرف ليذهبوا لهذا الفندق وانا ايضاً ان شاء الله سأعيد التجربة باذن الله

غرف فندقية نظيفة وسكن أمن وإدارة الفندق حريصة على راحة الضيوف و موظفين الاستقبال الشباب محترمين جداً و ودودين سكنت في غرفة عائلية واستوديو مدة 14 يوم .
المكان يبعد نسبياً عن المواقع السياحية 10 دقائق بالسيارة تقسيم وشارع الاستقلال وشارع برج غلاطة التاريخي بالرغم ان الفندق يوفر باص على راس الساعه من 9 صباح إلى 9 مساء.

The rooms bed is very comfortable
The receptionist staff is not welcoming and unfriendly. Upon my arrival with my son [my husband & daughter all check in earlier] saw 3 staff [2 sitting down inclusive 1 supervisor] and another staff was trying to assist us, but he looks lost. I noticed that the reception staffs are lack of courtesy culture. No greeting to guest upon check in, when we have queries, they response and must us wait for a long time. Please note that all guests are equal regardless of where we come from.
Though the staff is not the expert or do not have a specialty in skill, knowledge or understanding of the property have the courtesy to explain to the guest properly.
