Besonders begeistert waren wir von der großen Sonnenterrasse. Dort konnten wir grillen, entspannen und jeden Abend den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang genießen – das war definitiv das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend: Der Strand und mehrere Restaurants sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack leider nicht besonders bequem. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Il nostro soggiorno al House Land Sea è stato semplicemente perfetto! L'appartamento è stupendo: spazioso, curato in ogni dettaglio e dotato di tutto il necessario. Si compone di una camera da letto accogliente, una cucina attrezzata, un ampio salone con tavolo da pranzo, un bagno moderno con una doccia incredibilmente grande, un patio interno molto piacevole e una terrazza panoramica al piano superiore che regala viste mozzafiato. Tutti gli spazi sono a completa disposizione e offrono il massimo del comfort.
La posizione è strategica: a metà strada tra la Praia di Santa Bárbara e Monte Verde, perfetta per chi ama il surf o vuole godersi la costa nord di São Miguel. La zona è tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi, ma al tempo stesso ottima base per esplorare l'isola.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Pedro, l’host, che ci ha accolti con una bottiglia di vino e deliziosi biscotti locali. Durante tutta la permanenza si è tenuto in contatto con noi per assicurarsi che tutto procedesse al meglio: davvero gentile e disponibile.
Comodissimo anche il parcheggio gratuito proprio davanti casa, perfetto per chi viaggia con l’auto.
Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un alloggio tranquillo, ben posizionato e con tutte le comodità per vivere al meglio São Miguel. Torneremmo subito!

Great location; close to a beautiful beach and perfect for exploring Sao Miguel. Pedro was super helpful and welcoming. I really recommend this place.
