The property is located close to the Etihad and Coop Arena by taxi/tram which is where we were spending our visit. The road itself was quiet during our stay and had plenty of parking. Jason was very easy to communicate with and kept in contact with us during our visit. Jason also allowed us to check in early.
The mattress in the smallest room is quite firm, and the toilet area is quite cramped. But other than that it was good value for money.

It was spacious and comfortable, host was very fast to respond to any queries. Came Manchester for United game which was about 20 minutes drive and host allowed to check out later which was a nice gesture. Also, located in a nice area.
Hard to write anything negative, one thing is toilet is downstairs but definitely not an issue.
