Clean, comfortable and well presented. We especially loved the double private spa tubs such a lovely addition to the room and they felt really secluded and relaxing. Avery was also lovely and very helpful. Perfect for our short stay.
Nothing major to fault. We were only there for one night, so it suited what we needed.

I liked my stay here very much - the property was clean, well presented with excellent bathroom and kitchen area.
Rotarua has a strong smell from geothermal activity and the smell gets into the property as well. Perhaps air purification or something could be introduced

Clean room, spacious, comfortable bed.
Stingy kitchen provisions. Two only, tiny cheap thimbles of milk. So one cup of tea each. Almost empty box/ selection of tea etc. Just two each of cutlery and crockery. No wine glasses - just two large water glasses. Two comfy bucket lounge chairs at the table - but too low to sit on to eat at the table. This minginess was very disappointing, considering the cost. We will not go back. It is interesting to be reminded: "little things mean a lot."
