Good value for money a little tired it came across as an amateur renting their own home which is fin

A similar property address appears before the actual flat meaning I was trying to get into the wrong flap which was a bit embarrassing for me and the person who stayed there in fairness the instruction video did so his problem but it's still was slightly embarrassing and that's a warning on the booking could have been helpful also there were some steps in the reception room which we're not highlighted and I tripped a couple of times on them

Awful apartment

Awful apartment in a very bad location.It was very dirty,the apartment and the corridor.When we arrived there was garbage next to the door.There is an open space on the ceiling above,and you can hear the noise and sounds from the apartment above. Not safe area! Be aware.

We didn't like the apartment. It was dirty,noisy and in very bed location.

PÉSSIMO TENHAM ATENÇÃO ANTES DE ALUGAR ESTE ALOJAMENTO E GOLPE

A experiência foi extremamente desagradável e muito diferente do que esperávamos. Éramos um grupo de 8 pessoas, num país estrangeiro, e acabámos por ficar sem alojamento e literalmente na rua, numa situação de enorme stress e insegurança. Consideramos especialmente grave que uma reserva previamente realizada não tenha sido devidamente assegurada, deixando um grupo inteiro sem uma solução adequada no momento da chegada. Estávamos a contar com aquele alojamento e tivemos de procurar uma alternativa de emergência, com todos os transtornos, custos e preocupações que isso envolveu. Independentemente do motivo que tenha levado a esta situação, esperávamos, no mínimo, responsabilidade, comunicação e uma solução adequada por parte do alojamento. Infelizmente, a experiência ficou muito aquém do aceitável e não recomendamos este alojamento com base no que aconteceu connosco.
