Ideally, the location was perfect for my needs. The area is more than sufficient to accommodate the needs of the general traveler.
I have already brought to the attention of the owner a couple of things that might be done to improve matters.

The apartment is clean and very comfortable. We totally enjoyed our stay!
The location is some distance from the city but it is accessible via public transport.
There are bus stops conveniently located near the apartment.
We are staying with the owners upstairs and there were no issues. We could sleep well!
We had to remove the bed sheets and towels at the end of the stay and was required to put them into the laundry.
These instructions could have been relayed at the start.
