Дружелюбный и готовый во всём помочь персонал, удачное расположение в 5 минутах пешком от западного выхода, из большого панорамного окна был шикарный вид, номер большой и уютный. Ко всему прочему выдали карту парка и помогли забронировать выгодные билеты (в парке, без этого, красиво, но больно для кошелька).
Повар не только отлично готовит (китайские блюда из меню в его исполнении очень вкусны для европейцев, даже вегетарианские, которые в других гостиницах слишком безвкусны или остры), но и великолепный водитель - он помог нам быстро и успешно добраться до вокзала ранним утром, когда в округе не было ни одного такси. Кстати, да, бронируйте такси на ранний выезд заранее, с вечера.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait à Astria.
Nous étions venus pour visiter le parc national de Zhangjiajie pendant trois jours, et l’emplacement est tout simplement idéal : seulement cinq minutes à pied de la porte ouest.
Les conseils de Jesse ont été précieux pour organiser notre visite du parc. En discutant avec d’autres visiteurs sur le parc, nous nous sommes rendu compte que tous n’avaient pas bénéficié d’un accompagnement aussi attentionné de la part de leur hébergement. C’est un véritable atout qui fait toute la différence.
La chambre était impeccable, très confortable et parfaitement entretenue. Nous sommes particulièrement exigeants concernant la literie, et celle-ci était tout simplement parfaite.
Nous avons même eu la possibilité de demander un repas sur mesure qui ne figurait pas à la carte, une attention que nous avons énormément appréciée. Toute l’équipe d’Astria a été aux petits soins avec nous du début à la fin de notre séjour.
En résumé, Astria est un véritable petit coin de paradis niché au cœur des montagnes avec une équipe en or. Nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de cette expérience et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The space was spotlessly clean, cozy, and had a lovely local touch. The location was perfect for exploring the area. A truly wonderful experience—highly recommend!

Extrem nettes und hilfreiches Personal an der Rezeption, es wurde uns netterweise eine gute Route im Zhangjiajie national Park vorgeschlagen.
Bei Problemen (die es leider mehrmals gab) wurde von der Rezeption ihr Möglichstes getan um diese zu lösen
Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt leider sehr zu wünschen über, natürlich ist man nicht in der Stadt und kann nicht ein perfektes Zimmer erwarten, aber das Bad war sehr schlecht geputzt (Zigaretten auf dem Spiegelschrank) und auch im Zimmer waren noch Krümel von Essensresten der vorbewohner
