The property is well located on the northern side of the park away from the busy southern entry gates. The staff were always super helpful and friendly and we really enjoyed our stay here. Definitely coming back

A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e carinhosa. O hotel é muito limpo, bonito e moderno. E fica bem próximo ao portão Norte do Zhangjiajie National Park. Quartos enormes e automatizados. Possuem serviço grátis de transfer que é bem útil.
O café da manhã não era condizente com um hotel 5 estrelas. Restaurante sem nenhuma opção continental.

El lugar está perfectamente ubicado, las habitaciones espaciosas y llenas de detalles, el kit de belleza de la mejor calidad, el servicio en otro nivel, desde la persona que te recibe en el carro, recepción, preparativos para tours y experiencias, todo, la mejor actitud y una atención extraordinaria! El restaurante con una propuesta súper interesante y el equipo listo y preparado para proponer maridajes deliciosos! De principio a fin una experiencia perfecta en todos los aspectos, su equipo con la mejor disposición siempre, preparado para acoger cualquier necesidad de la mejor forma! Sin duda volveremos contentos!
