About this cottage rental
This one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the ninth floor of our Grande Tower Building. Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf's warm waters. The unit's living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and has a 43" flat screen TV with DTV service. The master bedroom has two queen sized beds with a 32" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a tub/ shower combination. This efficient galley style kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee machine, also a Keurig machine. The condo has carpeting in the bedroom and has tile in the common areas.

Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Beautiful weather on the always beautiful Siesta Key beach. This rental while adequate is in need of a little update. No icemaker, kitchen counter somewhat stained and under kitchen sink dirty looking where garbage missed the trashcan.
